CCC Kids' Ministry

Leading children into a growing relationship with Jesus

The CCC Kids’ Ministry, for children from Preschool through 6th grade, offers multiple opportunities for fun and spiritual growth each week. With different opportunities for all ages, all year long, we’d love to have you join us!

Sunday School

Every Sunday morning, Sunday School classes are offered for children of all ages. Nursery and Toddler classes are upstairs in the education wing, while older children are on the lower level. These are specialized classes, geared directly to each age group.

Sunday mornings @ 9:30 am

Junior Church

A special time of worship and teaching is offered for kids in Preschool through 4th grade during the sermon time of our main service. Children are dismissed at the beginning if the sermon to head downstairs for an age appropriate lesson time.

Sunday mornings @ 10:30 am

Power Night

Each Wednesday, all of CCC meets together for a time of food and fellowship. After this, there are classes for all ages.  Kids from Preschool to 6th grade meet in the Kids’ Worship area for singing and a large-group challenge. Then they are divided into small groups to study and explore the main Bible point with their peers and a dedicated adult volunteer.

Wednesday evening @ 6:30 pm
Meal begins @ 5:30 pm

A Christ-focused week of fun and activities offered for children during the summer.

Church camp offered during the summer for children 1st grade and up.

An afternoon of fun to kick start fall programming and celebrate the start of school.

Our small groups become like family. Each group celebrates with special events and parties throughout the year.

Each year, we host a Fall Festival with a Trunk or Treat, the Catacombs, and lots of games and food!

An annual performance to celebrate Christ’s birth. Practices are on Wednesdays and the performance is on a Sunday morning in December.

An outreach event which offers “free babysitting” to allow parents in our community to have a night to refresh and recharge.

Other children’s programs and events are offered all year long, such as pool parties, a Summer Kickoff, fishing outings, movie nights and so much more. We would love to have you join us!

Special Events & Activities

There are numerous special events and activities planned throughout the year for kids to deepen their relationships with one another and with God.  The list to the left is just a sample of the many events and programs that we experience all year long!

How We Measure Success

You can think of our Big Win as our “finish line.” It’s the one thing that we as a ministry team want to achieve. It’s the goal we want to keep in mind at all times. And it’s what motivates and guides everything we do. We win… when a student seeks to grow in his or her relationship with Jesus Christ.

At CCC, we take youth ministry seriously.  The Bible is taught, relationships are developed, and students of all ages are loved and accepted.  We would love to help you grow stronger in your walk with Jesus.  Come check us out!

Your Child's Safety & Security

At Cabool Christian Church, your child’s safety is a priority. Therefore the following guidelines are in place:

Background checks are performed on all adults that work with minors.

Our leadership places a high importance on who can work with your child. No adult is permitted to interact with your child in our care that has not passed a background check in accordance with CCC’s policies and procedures, as well as state and local law enforcement databases.

All children (nursery-6th grade) are checked-in and given a name badge with a parent ticket.

At Cabool Christian Church, we use a computerized check-in system. The check-in system prints security name tags that children are required to wear to enter the classroom. It contains a random security number and any allergies your child may have. A parent ticket with your child’s security number is also printed. This parent ticket should be presented to the children’s ministry worker when you are ready to pick up to ensure your child is given to the correct person.

A comprehensive plan for the prevention of abuse.

Our church’s has developed a clear plan and process for all of our volunteers and staff to follow to deter any incidents of misconduct or inappropriate behavior with your children. From building improvements to the ongoing training of our youth workers, we strive to keep your children safe.
